A cushion that can be used on a variety of chairs, wheelchairs included, or on car seats to relieve lower back pressure (and pain) for those who suffer from several conditions. The “SNUGL Coccyx Wedge Cushion – Seat Pillow for Sciatica, Tailbone and Posture Correction – Blend of Memory Foam and Natural Latex – Ideal for Car Seat, Office Chair, Wheelchair – Black” can also be used by non-sufferers purely for comfort.As a wedge, it is has minimal thickness at the front edge and is deeper at the rear but less than the claimed 7 cm. It is to replace a collapsed booster cushion which no longer provides comfort or support. However, another of the company’s cushions was also ordered to ascertain which better suits personal requirements. There is a difference in shaping, height, depth and profiling sufficient for them to each meet differing needs while their construction is essentially identical. That order was later cancelled.Although illustrated ‘naked’ a mesh cover is pre-fitted and can be removed for washing when required.The cushion is delivered vacuum-packed and it needs be ‘massaged’ back to full thickness. It combines memory foam with latex rubber, gaining some benefits from both materials. It offers higher density and a claimed faster rebound than other foams. It has a carry handle should it ever need to be moved around locations and rearwards located straps that may help secure it to a chair but which may not always be useful or be found too short if they need to stretch around a wide chair-back; in that event, the cushion may be pulled too far back into the chair to be effective or comfortable. Securing the straps under the seat may be more effective as may an option to reposition them on the cushion.Sizing may be over-wide for a standard office or typist’s chair but is about the correct width but lacks the necessary depth for a typical computer/executive office chair; another 8-10 cm of depth would then make it near-perfect. Comfort is imperfect and could be improved by 1-2 cm of extra thickness at the rear and some to the front and a greater overall depth. However, using additional material would undoubtedly increase the price and possibly demand another variant.After a few hours’ use it was deemed inadequate in terms of its dimensions and thickness, inadequate comfort and then returned.

Comfortable but Wide
The cushion is comfortable and well made. I should have looked at the dimensions, so just a heads up that it is pretty wide. So if you are sitting in a bucket seat in a car, for example, it feels a bit close around the sides of your legs. And hangs off of dining chairs.

This cushion is far from usable and although the make quality is excellent the item itself flattens to nothing and even worse after just one week the front is curling up and making a ridge. it comes with a 60 day return policy but is vacuum packed and inserted to a nice round bag it took considerable pulling by my wife and myself to extract it…so its impossible to return for a refund… yes the 60 day looks a good point in fact you just cant send it back because it will not go into the bag…Before this review became live, the seller contacted me with a few ways to put things right, all were most kind, I did forward a photo of my complaint and they agreed it was a faulty pillow. And offered to fix things to my satisfaction..I can now say that this company certainly has superb customer service, that was both swift and satisfactory ..I would not hesitate to use this company again outstanding serviceMy problem was solved to my satisfaction. Thank youUpdate.The new pillow is superb in constant use daily and has not flattened or lost shape. Highly recommend

Very happy with one minor reservation
Product was well packed with a handy travel bag, which I will use. I like the fact that it has a strap to help anchor it to the chair and I find it more comfortable and easier to sit on that a normal foam wedge cushion.Th neon-slip underside is really good on the 3 chairs I use most regularly. However as one of them is a leather chair, I would have liked to know before I purchased it that it could mark leather or fake leather. However far on my leather chair I have not noticed any issues or damage and I am reluctant to put a towel below it as it will slip.

Comfortable sitting with no aches and pains
Are you sitting comfortably… I am.SNUGL has taken care to pack this cushion as small as possible to reduce size when shipping and help save the planet. When it is taken out of the packaging the memory foam quickly expands to original shape. The material feels high quality. It has a easy click clasp to help secure it to the chair. It comes in a convenient pouch so can be rolled up and put away when not needed.I often work at home and can spend all day working on a computer sitting at the dining table. This high quality wedge seat cushion means I donât need to buy a separate expensive office chair, which would then have to be moved away somewhere at the end of the day, but can comfortably use the dining chair without getting back aches and pains. I would highly recommend this seat cushion to anyone.

Comfy way to better posture!
Got this for working from home where the set up is not as ergonomic as my desk in the office. I had noticed I was having to add cushions on my chair to get the right height but then hunching over. This wedge cushion is just right as the boosting cushion. Not too firm as to give you a numb bum, but supportive enough to encourage a better posture. Maybe not quite as firm some might like though, depending on your weight? I donât think Iâm hunching over as much. Like that it has straps to attach to chair back. And the cut out where the base of your spine is helps to maintain correct sitting position and avoids the pins & needles scenario.

je l’utilise depuis plus de 2 semaines dans ma voiture (je fais 30 000km/an à brut pro). Pas trop épais donc ne modifie pas trop l’installation, en revanche je n’ai ressenti aucun bénéfice ou soulagement … pour moi c’est un achat inutile; avec ou sans …c’est pareil côté fatigue et douleurs
