    Nearly perfect!! Best on market
I bought this kit for my car/ holidays etc. It’s absolutly one of the best on the market for being user friendly. Everything is so well laid out and the tags are clear. For me is was 90% but still needed adjusted with the following:Snake bite sucker removed and label nicely cut off with the supplied Tuff Cuts. It unlikely to be used and not the best quality anyways.Removed the 100 single sized sticky plasters and replaced with a better range from chemist.Removed the 100 cotton buds filled with iodine (left a few) and put some sailine eye wash in as the bag label was already for this.I added an Israeli bandage.I will add some aspirin. The Tuff Cuts work perfectly fine but they are compact in size. I am going to replace these with full size one.I added 50ml of burnshield (£4). Opening multiple packets they supply (also kept for small burns) could be troublesome. It could do with the big white cross on the front or rear. For all of my criticism above I would only recommend this if friends or family were to ask. There is space for a few extra pieces if you seen fit and the face shield can be hung outside the case to give more space.Well worth it!!

    Very good kit
Excellent and comprehensive first aid kit, have added a “ blow out” trauma kit to this also, as am trained in trauma / puncture wound treatment. The items are neatly organised and easy to identify and access, which makes this a great, go to, all round first response kit

    Excellent first aid kit.
Excellent First aid kit. I wish there was a over shoulder attachment added but I got a tactical bet through the loops and so I could sling it over my shoulder. It had enough stuff for basic to medium first aid situations.

    Terrible
It’s verry bad and has very little quality except the bag and the inserts seem old it’s pretty naff for the money tbh mor novelty then use able the burn gell os alcohol free wipes the pressure dressings are just elastic bandage that isn’t sterile I’m questioning if it safe to use

    Defective tourniquet
Bought this for my granddaughter who is a St Johns volunteer. All good Xmas morning but the tourniquet is defective in that the catch will not engage. Pity otherwise it seems quite good.

There are not may reviews on this kit. I took my time in selecting one as over the last few years I have had to address over 55-60 Caualties from minor injuries to fairly severe and all this done just what what I had available. I dont get paid for repalcments when they get used :)My criteria (and I think this important when wrting a review for these things); A first aid kit for one or more with added field & tramua capabilities with some scope for my own modifications/ upgrades. Ointments, creams, pain relief and what I would consider “secondry” first aid items for when away from home and not suited to the wash bag. Im willing to take the wieght penalty on this. It is not intended as a survival pack but part of that. Its just asking too much of a first aid kit on its own and really, if going to a scene the last thing you want is to be rumaging through a “wood saw, compass, mirror and fire starter” to treat a casualty?! It makes no sense. The bag I wanted with the ability to hide in my pack or loop on a belt (molle style) if needed. Water-proof a bonus.I was attracted to this kit because it looked organised when opened and the sizing good. Novelty, but nice. The quality of the contents is not the greatest and ive replaced plasters which looked out of date and removed the poision sucker which in the UK is not that useful. More likely a tick removal tool. There were no salines bottles and instead a large ream of those cotton buds.Ive inserted a elastic crepe style bandage in place of an elastic bandage as good for serious strains as well as wound dressings.I will add/have added: anti chaffing, pain killers, burn ointment, cotton balls, SAM Style Spilnt (if it fits), hydropobic granuals, tourniquet, Isreali dressing, proper themometer and a coule of other bits. So, as it comes the contents are just ok and a bit below the quality standards in some areas; but still good enough. It does leave some room for modification which is good as I think most folk will want to.The stitching in the internal pack it not the greatest and there were a couple of tears in its new condition. The zips and the outer pack are off good quality whiich is important. The strapping on the pack are NOT compatble with molle belts which was a disappoitmment but it wasnt advertised as such but there are belt loops with good stitching. There are loops for carabinas, hanging and looping. It might be waterproof to a point but bagging any items which would be vunerable is a good idea.Summery: I was disappoited at first glance given the price of £39. Couple of small tears in the stitiching, bits not there and quality of a few of the contents. Given that you can purchase a good replenshment kit for £12 and add your bits to it thats soemthing to consider. Given my experiences of the last few years I wanted something better than I had.BUT the good news was that in contacting Amazoon “Flora” was brilliant and offered a full refund without returning the pack. Never had that before! It IS a good kit as it is….. but could be better for the price and with very minor modification/s could be even better. Whether it is worth £39 is something else esp given the quality issues on a new item. Thanks Flora/ Amazoon. Im happy the the “pruchase” and really couldnt see anything else that came that close to what I wanted.
