literally anyone who can read English, has arms and a hand, could use this relatively effectively, regardless of first aid skill its well labled well organised…..personally i got it because i have a lot of falls and seizures, often when im alone, so i sometimes have to work on myself in a daze while injured…..this has been a game changer for me

Good quality. Nice and compact. Perfect for long-distance running, fell running, wild camping or just to keep in the car. Very impressed with the quality of the content and how well packed the kit is. Good stuff. However, the main outer bag is not waterproof. If you drop it in a puddle or a stream, you may find the contents saturated with water.

Contents are well thought and and layout provides tips on what dressings etc are used for. This is a very comprehensive home/hiking/camping/car kit. Put it this was, if I can’t fix the problem with these Contents I should at least be able to buy enough time to find a professional who can.

Im happy I testad the tourniquet on my self. Because it is not strong enough to stop a bleeding. It would have been catastrophic if I had to use it on someone. The locking mechanism just gives out when trying to tighten the band. Guys if you buy this kit. Order some other tourniquet also, one with a windlass. I hope to god everything else in this kit is better quality.
