    This is my second order for this item. The first one lasted for over 4 years and only broke due to my child pulling on it.Good suction pad and strong. Nice and small and easy to apply.Hold the phone very securely, performs well

    I have had this Arteck holder before. Well made. Solid. Holds the phone well. Ideal for UK, BUT the sticky stuff suffers badly in temperatures 35-40degs. C. as I found whilst on holiday in the south of France. The adhesive just melted and ran down the windscreen, causing the support to fall off. It took meths and isopropyl alcohol to clean it off the windscreen. Lesson learned, but still got another the same to replace. Not quite 5*.

    Really great phone mount.
    Bought this for us to be able to use our phones to navigate on a trip across Europe. It work flawlessly. Really impressed with the adhesion of the pad to the dashboard. Has not budged after months of use. Really easy to pop the phone in and out with one hand and to make adjustments for the best viewing angle. Also had no problem with different size phones and can have the charge cable plugged in whilst using it. All round excellent phone mount.

    This car phone holder has been great and strong until this summer when I found that the suction pad started to melt and leaked onto my windscreen. Not sure how I am going to clean it as it is very very sticky. Now the suction pad is all melted and cannot be used any more…shame…If there is any warranty I would be happy to hear about it. Thanks

    Good quality and very stable. Good customer service.
    This phone holder looks good and has been very stable to use. A bit hard to get the phone into the grip but once in there is no issue with it falling out. I had a slight issue when the sticky pad on the sucker melted after a couple of really hot summers. I reached out to the supplier to enquire about buying a new sticky pad (as I was out of the warranty period) and they replace the whole item free of charge. Excellent. Turns out that the sucker grips very well without the sticky pad however. Had it 5 years now and still going well.

    Update:after experiencing such prompt and helpful customer service I am changing my original review. Their professionalism and willingness to help with my situation, is the type of customer service that I thought was long since gone these days. I believe that I likely just got a defective product and I do not want to stop anyone from giving this company a chance to shop with them. I definitely recommend them.At first, this product was decent. It would hold the phone and stick to the dash, but then it would always end up angled downwards and would come off the dashboard regularly even though everything was clean and dry it just wanted to stay or keep the phone in the same position. This was when it was being used in the summer, I can imagine it would be much worse in the winter. Do not recommend.
