   Absolute bargain!
   If your sitting there trying to decide between this or a take away like I was, get this. For the money this head unit seems amazing value. I’ve not used it much yet but when I have it’s been spot on. Connects almost instantly to the phone via Bluetooth, far quicker and easier than the Bluetooth module I bought for a previous car at 3x the price of this. Call quality has always been good. People never have any difficulties hearing me. The controls all feel fairly solid. I did have to buy a new cage for it to fit perfectly and a radio antenna adapter but these were peanuts. It’s about half the size on the back compared to the old standard unit but that’s because there is no cd or tape deck. I expected it to look cheap and tacky but it’s actually ok.I rarely ever leave reviews but I’m really impressed with this item. I wanted something with Bluetooth and an Aux point and as cheap as possible as it was going in the daily hack. This does it all and more.I recommend fiddling with the sound settings as when I first turned it on the sound was terrible.If you don’t like it I’m sure someone else will give you £20 for it.

   Does what it says on the box. Just a nice cheep radio that has easy to use and reliable bluetooth. Haven’t had a problem with it other than the clock runs slightly fast

   Just don’t!
   The price reflects the quality. Wired up as per manual (auto-electrician by trade.) Worked for about 5 minutes. Poor sound quality. Then smoke came from inside and something went pop.You’d be better off with one of Trevor Bayliss’ wind up radios that has run down.

   Great price but…..
   Great price, easy to fit and great sound, but……* When I start the car and the stereo comes on it does so at FULL volume every time and is deafening.* The display is far too dim and I can’t see how to adjust it.* The hands free calling is poor. The people at the other end can hardly hear what I’m saying.* Instructions are very basic and poor.Connects to my phone well though. All in all though I wish I’d paid a bit more and got something a bit better.

   Works well fits in my 2006 1.6 coupe sounds brilliant only problem i found is there is no cage that goes with it but there cheap enough to buy over all 5 stars can listen to music and answer calls whilst driving.

   Worked, no memory, then died, returned.
   Initially this was fantastic. Arrived, installed it and was well impressed. Radio was clear, Bluetooth worked perfectly. I had trouble getting the memory to stay remembered, simple job of swapping the 12v and acc supply, only the harness that comes with the radio doesn’t have bullet connector to easily do this, no matter I put my own in on the cars harness, memory still didn’t work. Checked the wiring was right and yes it was, next day driving down to England radio playing and there’s a pop….. And the radio goes off. Dead, not working….. Lifeless. Had a quick peek inside and one of the wee little electronic components had burned out. So item was returned.Would of exchanged out but got a branded unit on an auction site for the same price. Returned to amazon and have been refunded.Shame as it was actually alright.

    Ich besitze ein Mopedauto in dem ein altes Radio eingebaut war, das kaum noch funktionierte.So suchte ich einen günstigen Ersatz.Wer sich dieses Radio kauft, bedenke bitte den Preis!Ich kann für den Preis eines Kleinwagens, auch keine Luxuslimusine erwarten.Dennoch bietet dieses kleine Gerät erstaunliches.Das Gerät wurde in einer, auf das Gerät abgestimmten Verpackungsgröße und gut verpackt geliefert.Der Einbau ist unproblematisch, weil die Leitungsbezeichnungen auch auf dem Radio aufgedruckt sind. Jeder der schon mal ein Autoradio eingebaut hat, sollte es hinbekommen. Aber selbst Anfänger dürften hier keine Probleme haben.Das Gerät passt in einen normalen Einbauschacht, wie sie bei älteren Autos standardmäßig vorhanden waren. Es ist aber sehr kurz und das war erst einmal ungewohnt. Dadurch hat man aber zumindest keine Platzprobleme für Kabel etc.Die Bedienungsanleitung ist in meinen Augen keine. Allerdings braucht es die auch nicht wirklich. Alle Knöpfe einmal durchprobiert und schon war die Bedienung klar. Auch der angeblich fehlende Fader für den Abgleich der Lautsprecher vorne und hinten ist vorhanden. Dazu muss nur oft genug, der Lautstärkeregler gedrückt werden, der einem diverse Einstellungsmöglichkeiten wie Balance, Höhen, Baß usw. zur Verfügung stellt.Der Radioempfang war gut. Mit dem alten Radio hatte ich keinen. Der Klang ist nichts ausergewöhnliches, dennoch klar und unverzerrt und man hat sogar eine Equilizereinstellung, so dass man den Klang zumindest in gewissem Rahmen anpassen kann.Bluetooth klappt auch. Das Handy ließ sich gut verbinden und die Musik vom Handy wurde gut übertragen und verstärkt.Was natürlich fehlt, kein Wunder bei dem Preis, das ist RDS und ähnliches. Da muss man dann schon bereit sein mehr auszugeben.Ich suchte etwas günstiges, was funktioniert und vor allem auch Speicherkarten lesen kann. Und dies alles wird mir geboten.Einen CD-Player sucht man vergebens, braucht es aber eigentlich auch nicht.Alles in allem:Ich würde das Gerät wieder kaufen.Was ich natürlich noch nicht sagen kann ist die Tatsache, ob das Gerät auch über einen längeren Zeitraum funktionieren wird.Ich hoffe, meine Rezension ist hilfreich.Wenn ja, würde ich mich über einen “Daumen hoch” freuen.

    Ich habe das Radio für meinen VW Polo 9N bestellt. Es kam innerhalb von 2 Tagen, gut verpackt an. Der Einbau hat etwas gedauert, da man herausfinden musste, welches Kabel welche Funktion hat (dafür liegt ein Zettel bei, auf dem die jeweiligen Funktionen stehen). Nach einiger Zeit hat es dann aber geklappt und es funktioniert auch bis jetzt problemlos. Es lässt sich super einfach bedienen. Das einzige, was etwas zu bemängeln ist, ist die qualität des Mikrophons beim telefonieren. Jedoch ist es für diesen Preis in Ordnung.

    der Einbau war Problemlos und das Radio hat aus meiner Sicht einen guten Klang. Mit der Klangregelung konnte ich es für mich gut einstellen, so dass das Zusammenspiel der Boxen im Auto gut klappt. Ich benutze meist die SD-Kartenfunktion und diese ist auch mittels der Funktionen ein Lied vor oder zurück, 10 Leider vor oder zurück und einen Ordner vor oder zurück, recht schnell zu bedienen, wenn man, wie ich, immer eine CD in einem Ordner hat. Das Radio hat bei mir keinen super Empfang, reicht aber um ab und zu mal Verkerhsnachrichten ein zu schalten. Blutooth und die Funktion mit Kabel habe ich nicht in Betrieb. Für meinen Zweck, auf längeren Reisen meine Musik zu hören super und ich bin auf die Lebensdauer ohne Mechanik gespannt, da ich bereits an zwei Autoradios Probleme mit dem CD-Auswurf bekam.Einzig die billig wrikenden Plastikknöpfe bekommen ein Sternchen abgezogen.
