A Trustworthy Product for Travelling
Any car would benefit from having this dash cam because it adds security and peace of mind while driving. Its high-definition video recording feature allows it to record detailed and crisp footage even in dimly lit environments. With its wide-angle lens, you can see everything, avoid blind zones, and record events from different perspectives. By overwriting outdated files, the loop recording feature guarantees continuous recording and does away with the necessity for manual file management. Furthermore, even non-techies can utilise the dash cam because to its simple installation and user-friendly. All things thought about, this dash cam is a dependable and crucial instrument for improving traffic safety, giving both drivers and passengers more security and trust.

It works
When I first installed this I had just a white screen which turned out to be a corrupted micro sd card. I replaced it with another 256 gb micro sd card and it works fine. The picture could be sharper and the resolution needed to be turned down as did the brightness. In short if you buy this order it with an sd card aswell.

Excellent value for money
Better than the more expensive ones I have used before considering the low price! It does the job, the suction cup sticks well to the windscreen, pic quality is brilliant and I just got it out the and was all set up within a few minutes so really easy and a useful bit of kit.

Exceeded my expectations
The instructions were clear, and the included mounting hardware made it simple to get the perfect angle. The suction mount is strong and keeps the camera steady, even on bumpy roads. Sticks on well to my car windscreen hasn’t fallen off since I purchased it. The dash cam is great for recording urban and rural driving and has great quality where you can review the footage for number plates. The small compact design does not obscure the drivers view at all.

initially disappointing, but excellent customer service
i have decided to fully rewrite this review in view of a lot of coms with the company. The camera is decent enough and the quality of footage is more than adequate. generally it is easy to operate but it did have two problems initially. The first is that the camera can be set to loop record, that is short loops so i had mine set at 5 minutes. This simply means in the event of a problem you only need a small amount of footage and not the full journey footage. The problem i encountered was that every couple of days when starting the car, the camera would start but immediately turn off. The only way i found to resolve this was simply remove the cable from the camera body and the re attach the camera would immediately work on loop mode again for a few days before doing the same thing.Secondly the camera is supposed to overwrite old footage when the card is full. it did not do this and simply said card full, leaving me no option but to delete old footage manually. TWO problems that pretty much damage a decent cost effective camera. The manufacturer contacted me via Amazon, we had several coms with me trying out various suggestions made by them to resolve the issues. With loop off, continuous recording is not giving me the same problem of switching itself off. But is still giving me the card full notification. After this they very kindly supplied me at their cost a brand new unit, the problem is the new unit is doing exactly the same. namely when in loop recording mode it will work ok for a few days, then one day it will turn itself off immediately after it has turned on – disconnecting and reconnecting the cable does resolve this for a few days again. BUT once again the card fills up and the camera displays CARD FULL. it is NOT auto deleting older footage and replacing it with new.I am sorry to say this is two issues that they do need to resolve. the more you travel the more often you will be forced to resolve the card full manually. If there is a setting i have not yet done correctly i have no idea what it is. there is nothing obvious in the various options that are available across the menus.this is a pity as it spoils an otherwise cheap/affordable product that otherwise does a decent job. But the truth is we can’t be doing with the constant disconnect / reconnect the cable and the repeated removing of the SD card to attached it to the computer via the provided USB Card reader, to delete and remove all the unwanted older footage. If this was resolved this would be in my opinion a 5 start camera – i am still hoping they will come back again and tell me i have a setting wrong somewhere but i just can’t see it. As it is i rate the camera itself only 2 star as the 2 issues are clearly big problems. Customer Service has been good, i cannot thank them enough for their continued communication and the fact that they provided a second unit at their cost rather than endure a lower ratingThe supplied manual suffers from a lack of instructions but the online footage showing how it operates is very useful and informative. well worth taking the time out to watch it. i am just concerned about this loop issue and the card full problem. i will add more info if anything is resolved
