A brilliant powerbank heated seat cover
Having spent the last week using this constantly I feel that I need to defend it as itâs fantastic.Itâs stitched well using good quality fabrics. There is a long cable to which you attach your own power bank. Then thereâs a button on the left middle of the seat so you can turn it on and change the heat settings. Most of the seat cover is heated thereâs just a bit of a margin around the edges but you donât notice when youâre using it.It gets very hot so I have to use the middle or lowest heat but mostly I just need the low heat as itâs quite enough.I have it on my wheelchair all day and then on my van seat to drive and then my bowls wheelchair too. I just transfer it between the three complete with the power bank.Youâll get problems if you donât use a powerful enough power bank as itâs got quite a large area to heat. I used a 10,000 mah one and it was good all day on low heat. When that ran out I changed it to a small pocket one and it kept turning itself off. It didnât get as hot either. I went back to the big one and it was fine.Itâs easy to use itâs just a long press to turn it on and then red is high heat. Another press is blue light and middle heat. A final press is green light and low heat. A long press turns it off.I am so impressed with this that Iâm buying another one so I donât need to change it between seats. I think for the price itâs excellent value for something so versatile. You can roll it up and put it in your bag for concert seats or footie seats and youâll stay warm all night. You do need to sit back against it though so you can get the benefit from the heat.

Doesnât actually heat
Received a heat pad last year so decided to buy one for my mum for xmas. Pad seemed well made apart from the fact that it doesnât get hot. Very disappointed and have had to order a different one for my mumâ¦

Nice and warm
We got this for my sons car seat. He was a little apprehensive but loves this warm seat. Warms up really quickly. I only gave 3 stars as it didnât come with a charging cable.. my son already had one so it wasnât a problem

I’ve grown to love this at my desk
I have actually grown to love this heating mat after testing it for a few days. The other reviews were pretty poor so I didn’t expect it to work. However it does work and once it gets going it can put out a good amount of heat. It’s not going to cook you and fully heat your whole body up, but it does get warm after a while. I can see this being practical for lots of different people and situations. So let me tell you about it. It has a USB-C plug, which you can power it by either plugging it into the wall or on a power bank. I’ve been using it from a power bank. It has 3 different settings. I’ve only used it on high, because the other settings aren’t very powerful. They’re probably best for turning down, once it has got hot. It’s the equivalent of something like 7.5-10Watts, as a heater. So it’s low power and voltage, and ampage (I have no ideas about electric units). But anyway, for the power it does use, it uses pretty well.I takes about 15 minutes to get up to temperature, I would say, and then once you’re sitting on it, your body is reflecting the heat back at it and then that reinforces it.In terms of power, I’ve tested several different power banks. On the smaller 10,000 mAh power banks it give about 2-3 hours usage. And maybe about double that on the 20,000 big power banks (which is about the limit of what gets sold widely these days). So if you are going to be using this, invest in maybe either 2 or 3 large power banks (depending on how often you’ll be able to recharge them)… or an USB adapter for demanding devices and a long cable.Ideally this would be good for home office workers (I’ve used this in a outdoor studio where I work). It would also be good for winter outdoor pursuits people – think camping, fishing, watching children play football outside – or anywhere you need a fold-up chair and expect to be outside. Or maybe for people like market stall holders – that kind of thing. It could be a real life saver too, and could be used as an emergency blanket in the car, if you live somewhere at risk of blizzards and being trapped out on the road somewhere.I mean I wouldn’t want be too dependant on it and it does only put out some heat. But if you’re someone who wears all your thermals and coats and is still chilly, then this should help add some extra heat to your body in the cold.At £34, it’s a little bit on the pricey side. There may be better options if you’re lounging around inside – like heated blankets/ throws. But it’s not ridiculous considering how versatile it can be. I’m glad I had the chance to test this and will continue to use it for this winter in my studio.

Doesn’t Last Long
We bought around 10 for the office. They fit the office chairs well. Some of the features are great compared to similar products – has a strap to attach to the chair, heats your back. However, we’ve gone through a few of these heaters as they don’t last long – and whilst some of ours are being used most days, we won’t be buying again as repurchasing twice every winter isn’t efficient!

Not as hot as I thought it would be
I got this for my home office and it does well at staying warm, but it does not get as hot as I expected it to, even on the highest setting. It serves it purpose and helps to keep me warm while at work

Does not work returned for refund
Tried on all 3 settings (green, blue, red) and none of which heated up in the slightest. Christmas present ruined due to non functional product. Material was well made but never functioned, refund requested.

Easy to use, helped with pain relief.
Easy to use as it just takes a USB lead. You will need a USB socket for use indoors. It heats up quickly to a high temperature. Itâs still quite warm on the lowest temperature. It did help with lower back pain. It folds away and can be zipped up in storage bag that came with it.
