The cushion will not aid all disabilities.
Whilst the car seat cushion is a good example of its type it did not suit the particular disability which I suffer. I have a disability associated with a hip replacement which is aggravated by chronic pain and disability due to damaged knee joints which require replacement.

Comfort at last
The cushion does what it says, it relives pressure from the coccyx when sitting in a car. My new car seat slopes deeper than my old car and I found that my coccyx was seizing up on long drives this cushion helps to even out the angle of the car seat making a better position for my back. All I can say is it should be available in different thicknesses as I personally could do with another 1-2 centimetres of hight at the back of the seat. But other wise it has been a god send to my posture and to my pain.

Picture showed it fitting across car seat.. my seats must be slightly smaller as it rides up at the sides.. however itâs reasonably comfortable to sit on and helps my driving position

Bought it for my mom as a x-mas gift so her rides to and from work sucked less. She likes that it’s not “too” soft and it gives some support as well as a tiny boost in the car seat. Over all she loves it so its 5 stars from me.
